Battle of Blowhard, August 13th

The Battle of Blowhard is the account of one of the first conflicts on the MO/KAN border after the start of the Civil War.  The battle, really more of a misunderstanding,  is an interesting story of the passions that existed at the beginning of the war and then the harsh reality of what it meant to actually have to fight.
